WHAT I OFFER

My teaching blends together clinical somatic movement, yoga, essential oils & a variety of pause practices.

I help you find the right tools, or personal practice, to meet your needs & lifestyle. You learn to dissolve stress, pain & tension while finding peace, joy & connection, easily in just a few minutes each day.

Based in Windsor, UK, I offer private sessions, small group classes, workshops & retreat experiences, in-person & online.

 

WHAT ARE PAUSE PRACTICES?

Pause Practices are short practices that you can insert into your day to create more peace, calm, space and ease in just a few moments of pause. This might come from your breath, a focus on nature, mindful movement, a short meditation or relaxation. In this video I combine a few pause practices to create ease after several hours in the car. You will find pause practices sprinkled into my classes. They are a core component of Your Practice Your Life and a basis for Zen Walks. Message me if you would like to know more.
