For those who know that what comes next
won't be created by more strategy,
but by greater capacity.
This is a year-long private partnership for people who sense there is more available — in how they live, lead, relate and meet what is next.
Not through more effort. But through more access.
Access to clarity under pressure.
Access to possibility beyond old patterns.
Access to what matters most.
Access to a more open way of meeting your life.
The depth and continuity of our relationship are part of what makes that greater access possible.
This work is not about force.
It is about creating the conditions from which everything else can grow.
When the Way You've Been Living Can No Longer Hold What Comes Next
There comes a point when doing more stops being the answer.
You may still be performing well.
Your life may even look successful from the outside.
But perhaps the cost of sustaining it is increasing.
You are carrying more than you want to carry.
You have less space to think, feel or respond.
You are increasingly relying on effort, control or ways of operating that once served you well.
Or perhaps nothing is particularly wrong.
Something is simply changing.
You are entering a new chapter. Taking on greater responsibility. Creating something that asks more of you. Questioning what you want now. Or sensing that there is more of yourself, your life or your leadership available than you are currently living.
In either case, more strategy isn't necessarily what is needed.
What becomes important is your capacity to meet what is here — and what is becoming — with greater access to yourself.
This is where the work begins.
What Changes When Capacity Expands
Capacity is not about being able to do more.
It is about having greater access to yourself — and being able to remain open, available and responsive as life moves.
As capacity expands:
Pressure can feel different.
Decisions become clearer.
You recover more readily when something knocks you off centre.
You spend less time questioning what you already know.
You have greater access to perspective, creativity and choice.
You can remain more open in relationship, even when something is difficult.
You become less dependent on particular conditions in order to feel like yourself.
Life may look similar from the outside.
But your access to life changes completely.
And you have more of yourself available for what you want to create, contribute and experience.
The pressure hasn't disappeared.
But my relationship with it has changed completely.
I didn’t realise how much I had been living in pressure until this work. Everything in my life was “fine” — but I was constantly pushing, reacting, and holding far more than I needed to.
What’s changed is how I experience everything. I’m no longer fighting myself. There’s more acceptance, more ease, more space in how I move through my life.
I respond instead of reacting. I don’t take over — I trust.
Even others have noticed. People have said I feel like a completely different person — lighter, more open, more relaxed.
Nothing externally had to change. But everything feels different.

The Relationship Beneath the Work
Every person I work with is different.
Private Mentorship begins with what is actually happening in your life.
That might be pressure, uncertainty or something that feels difficult.
It might equally be expansion.
A bigger role. A growing business. A new relationship. Greater visibility. A creative possibility. A decision that changes what comes next. Something you deeply want but have never lived before.
Expansion asks just as much, if not more of you.
Moving beyond what is familiar can bring you into contact with parts of yourself you haven't needed to access before.
It can also reveal patterns, assumptions or ways of protecting yourself that were almost invisible while you remained within familiar territory.
This is why the work isn't simply about changing what you do.
Together, we can explore:
What is happening beneath your experience?
What becomes activated when you move beyond what you know?
What are you protecting, controlling or holding onto — and what is ready to be trusted?
What do you already know but aren't yet fully living?
What new capacity is the life you are creating asking you to develop?
What becomes possible when more of you is available to meet it?
Sometimes the work is about softening what is limiting your access.
Sometimes it is about strengthening your capacity to hold more — more responsibility, intimacy, visibility, creativity, uncertainty or possibility.
Sometimes it is simply about having a deeply trusted relationship in which you can explore what is uniquely yours as it unfolds.
The intention isn't to make you into someone new.
It is to increase your access to yourself — so that you can meet, create and participate more fully in the life that is here and the life that is becoming.
You don't become someone else. You become more able to live from who you already are.
Who This is For
This work is for people who are already holding a great deal.
Leaders.
Founders.
Entrepreneurs.
Parents.
People who have achieved much of what they once thought would be enough.
People navigating significant transition.
People stepping into greater responsibility, visibility or possibility.
People standing at the threshold of a new chapter.
You may appear successful from the outside.
But something is asking for your attention.
It may be the pressure.
The pace.
The way you have learned to carry everything.
Or it may be what is becoming possible.
A business you want to grow.
A relationship you want to meet differently.
A new chapter you are ready to create.
More of yourself you are ready to bring to your life.
You are not looking for another strategy.
You want a deeply trusted partnership around what is uniquely yours.
The Partnership
Private Mentorship is a year-long, deeply personal partnership.
There is no predetermined curriculum and no single inquiry around which our work needs to remain.
You and your unfolding life are the centre of the relationship.
We meet twice each month for dedicated 1:1 conversations, with ongoing contact between sessions.
Over time, I come to know not only what is happening in your life, but how you meet it. The patterns that recur. What matters to you. What you are creating. What challenges you. What opens you. And what may be becoming possible before you can fully see it yourself.
This continuity allows us to work with what is present while remaining connected to the larger movement of your life.
Sometimes our work may be deeply reflective.
Sometimes practical.
Sometimes we may work with a decision, a relationship, your leadership, your business, your wellbeing or something you are creating.
Sometimes the most valuable thing may be to stay with what is not yet clear.
The work follows what is most needed.
Your mentorship also includes a two-day private immersion, access to The Practice Space and the Living Inquiry Circle, and Oak work where it naturally serves what we are exploring.
Participation in the Living Inquiry Circle is entirely optional. These wider spaces are available to enrich your experience; the private relationship remains the centre of your mentorship.
I work with a maximum of four Private Mentorship clients at any one time, allowing me to bring the attention, continuity and availability this relationship requires.
It feels like my whole being — body, mind, heart, and soul — is finally breathing again.
I didn’t realise how much I had been holding until this work.
It’s changed how I lead, and how I show up for my family and my clients.

Creating a Private Mentorship
Private Mentorship is a 12-month commitment.
Because this is such a personal partnership, we begin with a conversation.
We explore what is happening in your life, what you want support around, what you sense might be possible, and whether working together feels right for both of us.
If there is a mutual fit, I will take you through the structure and investment openly before either of us makes a commitment.
This work has changed the course of my life.
I can count only a few moments that have done that:
stepping into manhood while leading a major project in Russia at 30,
my first CFO role,
becoming a father…
and this.

Expansion isn't always about becoming more.
Sometimes it is about coming home to more of who you already are.
I get to be me — unique, and no one else.
I’m starting to understand myself more. I now love myself.
Before, I would resist and run away. Now I’m open to being in the discomfort as part of my learning. I’m willing to be in the conversation.
The oaks have given me a knowing that I can hear the wisdom within me without thinking about it or having to figure it out.
It feels like a reanchoring and reconnection to my essential self.
