How do I know? Because this was mY Life.

I didn’t come to this work through theory alone.

I came to it while navigating diagnosis, grief, chronic stress, and the weight of responsibility — while still needing to parent, lead, build a business, and support my family.

The cost of normalised stress

Like many of the people I now work with, I did everything I was “supposed” to do.
I trained as a yoga teacher.
I practised daily.
I invested deeply in my wellbeing.

And while these tools helped me cope, they didn’t give me what I was really seeking.

I was surviving — not thriving.
Still stressed.
Still holding everything together.
And the impact was quietly compounding.

What changed everything

Everything changed when I stopped trying to manage myself — and began working with my body, nervous system, mind, and identity.

Not against them.
Not by overriding them.
But by listening, integrating, and rebuilding from the inside out.
