How do I know? because this was me.

Because I’ve spent decades of my life living in stress. Thinking this was normal.

I had a successful career, beautiful home, wonderful family. I did things I loved.

But I was working 80 hour weeks, a single parent, building my own business and then my daughter received a chronic diagnosis.

I was miserable, exhausted, overwhelmed and sick from the inside out. It all deepened.

And set off on a search to find answers and another way.

My stress state shaped how my business performed, how I parented, created relationships and felt in my body & mind.

  • that mind / heart / spirit create patterns in the body and vice versa!

  • small easy practices were better than long, big ones and they fit into my busy schedule

  • that I was unaware of my underlying patterns. These patterns were created by my unconscious brain!

Today I love my life

I started to move differently and live differently. Things fell into place. Life is now effortless.

What felt as impossible as travelling to the moon is now my everyday experience. From a place of moving well, my relationships transformed, my business expanded, my days feel spacious, my body is vital.

Yes, there are still challenges to navigate. And I have the capacity to do this when needed.

Most importantly, I have an underlying foundation of peace, joy, fulfilment & connection each & every day. This is the bedrock that keeps me centred and living from my true self and my purpose.
