Your Money: from Anxiety to Ease
Enough. Embodied. Engaged.
A 4-session online series
to build your financial confidence and ease with money
You’re capable. Thoughtful. Probably doing “fine” on paper.
And yet money still feels… tense. Heavy.
Or quietly, persistently not enough.
If you’ve ever avoided looking at your accounts, felt a flicker of shame about decisions you’ve made, or wondered why money feels harder than it “should,” you’re not alone. And you’re not broken.
Enough. Embodied. Engaged. is a small-group, live online series for people who want a calmer, more confident relationship with money, without jargon, judgement, or overwhelm.
This is not about becoming an investment expert.
It’s about learning how to be with and use your money differently.
This is for you if:
You’re okay financially, but money still feels emotionally charged
You avoid checking balances or budgets, even though you know it would help
You feel a persistent sense of “not enough,” despite your outward stability
You want practical tools and a healthier internal relationship with money with less stress
You’re tired of thinking this is a personal failing
You do not need to be “bad with money” to benefit from this work.
Many participants are surprised to discover that most people, including highly capable successful people, struggle just like you.
This is not for you if:
You’re looking for investment advice, portfolio management, or financial product recommendations
You want a quick fix and don’t want to have to look at a number ever again
What this series is really about
Money decisions aren’t rational.
They’re shaped by habits, emotions, stress, and your nervous-system responses.
Psychology shows us that confidence grows through clarity, self-efficacy, and repeated small successes.
Neuroscience tells us that stress narrows our thinking, while safety expands it.
This series works because it combines:
Practical money skills that increase clarity and agency
Embodied practices that reduce nervous system reactivity and build a felt sense of “enough”
Together, this combination helps you to create durable change.
How the series works
This is a live, online series of four sessions, with a small group. Trust and momentum will build through our time togethe.
Session schedule
Session 1: Friday 27 February – 1.5 hours
Session 2: Friday 6 March – 1 hour
Session 3: Friday 13 March – 1 hour
Session 4: Friday 20 March – 1 hour
All sessions at 2:00 pm London time (15:00 CET, 9:00 am EST, 6:00 am PST)
Sessions are interactive, warm, and thoughtfully paced. You’ll be invited to participate, reflect, and share, but nothing is ever required.
All sessions will be recorded and made available to participants for the duration of the series and afterwards, so you can review key concepts, revisit practices, or catch up if you’re unable to attend a session live.
What happens during our time together
Week 1: We create a safe, supportive foundation and reframe money as a learnable relationship rather than a personal failing. You’ll understand how your unconscious has been shaping your past relationship with your money.
Week 2: You build confidence by looking at your money calmly and clearly, without avoidance or shame. You’ll start to understand your patterns in a new way.
Week 3: You shift from scarcity to intentional choice by aligning money with what matters most to you. And you’ll learn how to work with any resistance that arises.
Week 4: You integrate practical habits and embodied tools that help you stay engaged with money over the long term.
What you’ll work on with Denise Balyoz
Embodied Safety & Releasing the “Not Enough” Response
Denise’s work supports you in understanding how stress patterns — such as scarcity, pressure, urgency, and self-criticism — live in the body and mind.
Rather than managing these patterns, you’ll learn how to transform them at their source, creating a new way of being with money, business, and life — with greater freedom, ease, and choice.
By working with the body first, you make possible natural shifts in thoughts and emotions — allowing your relationship with money to transform without force or effort.
With Denise, you will:
Become aware of how financial stress and “not enough” show up physically, not just mentally
Learn small, accessible practices that support your nervous system in choosing safety instead of stress
Build capacity to stay present, grounded, and aligned in money conversations and decisions
Experience what “enough” feels like in your body — not just as a concept, but as a lived state
Denise will introduce you to powerful, sensory-based practices that create new possibilities for how your nervous system responds to money and pressure.
These are not movement exercises or yoga, and they require no special clothing, space, or fitness level — just your willingness to notice, sense, and shift from the inside out.
What you’ll work on with Christina Paul
Financial confidence, clarity, and calm engagement
Christina is a certified coach with a background in planning and systems thinking, specialising in helping people make friends with their money (in a practical way).
With Christina, you will:
Understand why money feels emotionally loaded, without self-blame
Learn simple, humane ways to track and manage day-to-day money
Reframe spending plans as tools for goals, not guilt
Develop a sustainable “money date” habit that reduces avoidance
Shift from reacting to money to engaging with it intentionally
This work focuses on tools, habits and mindset, not financial products or investments.
What surprises people most
Participants often tell us they’re surprised by:
How warm and human the space feels
How approachable and even interesting money becomes
How many other capable people struggle in similar ways
How much lighter and less stressful money feels when it’s no longer avoided
Many arrive thinking they’re uniquely behind.
They leave knowing they’re human, and equipped.
The Change
We will give you tools so that you can:
Check your money with less tension or dread
Decisions feel clearer and less reactive
“Not enough” loosens its grip, even if life isn’t perfect
You feel more confident talking about money with partners or family
Money becomes something you engage with, rather than avoid
You start building up money in the bank, and more choices about what to do with it.
This series sets you up with a new money identity that supports long-term habits and ways of thinking, not short-term fixes.
